The start of a geothermal green house off grid

Almost every off-grid property has similar challenges; navigating permits, finding capable professionals, organizing the time to meet up and explain your desired outcome. The county we choose to build in actually understands these challenges. It seems to understand the struggles of this land, event more so than we were expecting. It's not to say that a standard tractor or excator from the D.I.Y. center couldn't cut it, the time needed would be nearly triple.
